Hi there ... :)

Ive been looking at a couple of add-ons to the Hoe's security system and was wondering if anyone had experience with them and what your review would be.

It's a sickness ... if something, no matter how minor, isn't in the pipeline I start twitching. :boxed:

hahaha, completely understandable! I thought I was the same way, but you make me look like an occasional "modder"!

Slap a S/C on that beast! That'll be something to keep you satisfied for a while:)

I have the Vehicle Security System (Shock Sensor) PN: 17800431, Wheel Theft Deterrent System PN: 17800432 and Ravelco Anti Theft Device with a train horn to top it off.

My security system works great, no problems or questions about it. Check out http://www.ravelcosecurity.com/

Let me know if you have any questions

Take Care

Thanks Tim,

I assume you had those installed at the dealership ... may I ask how much they set you back for the labor?

I've had pretty good luck with two of these, one for me, one for the wife.

I know I know, you live in DC...

On a serious note, I have contemplated that wheel theft deterrent thing. It seems pretty interested. anyone have any knowledge on the install? Maybe I bulk buy those parts and resell. :hmm:

Mr. Sexobeat If I can recall I paid around $220. I didn't get the parts from them I got them from Ebay for a lot cheaper.

Thanks Tim ... I ordered them today from the ebay. :)

I assume it all gets connected to the existing alarm system controlled by the key fob and I don't have to do anything additional to activate them?
