295660 a diagnostic menu
9448 is a more extensive version of 295660.
660 also works but you have to turn off the ignition and wait several minutes before the radio exits this menu.

Found this on another forum

The only codes I know of are
295660 a diagnostic menu

660 also works but you have to turn off the ignition and wait several minutes before the radio exits this menu.

For anyone not knowing how to do this, hit the "Menu" button on the right. Hit Display on the screen. Touch the bottom left of the screen for about 5 seconds and a keypad comes up

It seems as though Toyota Tundra owners have figured out how to unlock their Nav and allow it to do other functions, because theirs has a LOADING.KWI file, which ours doesn't need. However, it could be added if I can find one to download and try out.

I found the LOADING file that the Toyota owners use to unlock their Nav, and I put it where it belongs on the DVD. I'm scared to burn it because it could severely mess up my Nav...or it could unlock it.

I can't say I know who is the maker (really, the OS and build) of either the nav on the Toyota or the GM, but, simply putting some random file that works on one in the other is not generally going to do anything. Again, it depends on the nav itself, but, just an example... boot.ini is part of the boot loader for Windows and boot.efi (I believe) is the part of the loader for Max OS X. Replacing boot.ini with boot.efi (or vice versa) would likely cause the machine to not boot into either OS, but simply including one file or the other in the boot directories while leaving the original file, would likely do nothing. If you still want to try it out, like stevek said, you probably (depending on age) have a warranty, though, electronic warranties are... tricky (in my experience).

All you have to say is your battery died and then the radio didn't work after. Play dumb

What does the menu do?

Nothing interesting at all, just something to look at. 660 is annoying because you have to turn the truck off and it takes the radio forever to exit.
