View attachment 197064 Here is the 3500HD. I did love driving this thing. It definitely doesn't have all the bells and whistles as the Tahoe but I can get a bigger boat than the Tahoe would tow lol.

2010, 90,300 miles, L96 6.0L, spray in bed Kinder, immaculate inside/out/and under, aftermarket wheels with almost new BF Goodrich A/T T/K KO tires. It was bought from this dealership originally and services here per manufacturer recommendations. I saw all the service records.
I'm not a pickup guy, but I like it. Nice wheels too.

D318E92B-DC50-4CF2-9457-F7E00EFBA6F8.jpeg Ended up going with the 2014 Silverado 1500 LTZ. The wife was more comfortable driving it than the 3500HD. The 1500 will do everything I need but with better mileage than the HD plus way more creature comforts and smoother, quieter ride.

I got a reasonable price on it, plus they ended up giving me $17,748 in trade, swapping my almost new tires from the Tahoe to Silverado. The heated seats don't work right now but it's in the contract that they will fix them, I have an appointment set for it.

All in all I'm happy with the deal considering the state the Tahoe is in and this has half the miles and still 6 months of the factory warranty left. This will tow my boat better as well. We do lose some of the covienences the Tahoe offer for the kids but this won't be our primary vehicle. DC3B598D-57A3-4321-8EA6-3A896AA1D688.jpeg

I'm shocked they swapped your tires over. They must've really wanted the sale.

Good choice, unless you really loved that hoe there was too much body work/repairs/rust even for a NY guy like myself. You would probably end up fixing one thing and a few months later something else... rust is a fickle *****, you wont win, once it starts you lost especially on body panels. Fenders and doors are easy to replace but when its in the quarters and frame like that... time to move on. Good luck wit yer new truck
