RST Owners

The RSTs manufactured after Feb now have the standard red/chrome RST badge on the right rear liftgate. Would have been nice if they would have blacked it out to match the other badges.

When I bought mine they left me a blacked out RST tag in my vehicle if I wanted to swap out the Premier one.

You can get a Black RST badge. Its used on a Colorado special package placed on both front doors. the part number is 84605751 and includes 2 badges.

The red RST badge part number is 84319995. its listed as a Silverado part.

I made the change to the black badge yesterday.

the part number is 84605751 and includes 2 badges. its listed as a Colorado part. The finishes matches well. The inside of the RS has a matte finish and the outside of the whole badge and the full T are gloss finish. but you really can't tell the RS is matte when its on the truck.

What did you use to get the PREMIERE glue off. I've taken dozens of badges off and never seen glue as stuck on as this. The letters came off with a little heat and fishing line, but the glue is on there good. Ordered some goo gone adhesive remover that will be here tomorrow.

3M Stripe Off wheel and some 3M Adhesive remover.

Just got my RST stickers yesterday !

WD 40 also works well for adhesive removal
