Rough idle - loose plug wire

I was at a stop light today and all of a sudden the idle went from smooth to rough as hell, felt like i had a cam. then the acceleration felt ******. any ideas? I have done the wires, plugs, cap and rotor last month.Engine sounds like i am missing two plugs. any suggestions? What would a clogged converter do?sounds like there is something blowing right by my cats...

Check the wires, they can pop loose. Check the plugs, make sure they are torqued in properly still.

for a sudden change like that get the misfire history first to narrow down which cylinders are acting up.
