Rough idle after MAF was removed..

About a month ago I removed the intake box along with the MAF unplugged to work on the truck. I turned the key over but never turned the engine on. After I installed everything back on I got the engine light and codes P0113, P2227, P2228 along with a slight shutter either in park or drive. While driving I'll get the same shutter.

Is this a relearn process?

Already did that and it's still acting up.

I'm sure you did already, but have you verified all the tubes and couplers are fully secured and sealed? All harness plugs fully engaged?

Yup, several times. Thats why I'm thinking its a relearn process kinda like when cleaning the TB

Have you disconnected both battery cables and held them together for a while?

Never heard of that...

It clears the ECM. Sort of like doing a full shut down and re-boot on your PC.
