Rock Auto Returns

Need some help with a return on some suspension parts purchased through RockAuto. Outside of the standard return window, and no customer service number. Not wanting refund, just exchange/store credit.

There was a thread started just 2-3 days ago from Rock Auto (advertisement), look in left column or do search box and find it, that way you will have direct contact with the correct person.

just go to the website and click on the returns link, it's all right there on there website-very easy, you can choose refund or store credit your choice. it's basically a self help system and you can print your label and everything.
