Replacing HVAC Outlet in Headliner

I need to replace an HVAC outlet in the headliner of a 2016 Escalade. Before I start prying on the housing, is there any special trick to removal?

Are you still under warranty? If so, I would let the dealer do I.

I would image it is the same as they always have been twist about 1/4 turn and remove
