Removing rear interior wheel well covers

Does anybody know how to remove the plastic side covers in the cargo area of our trucks? I'm going to do a little sound deadening.

They pretty much just pop off.
Have to take off the top part (light tan part) of the cargo area off first, then the bottom one second.
Get a panel popper from AutoZonme.
