Remote

Hello new to the forum but long time Tahoe owner. We recently upgraded from our 2006 Tahoe to a 2017 Yukon. My question is to those of you with the factory rear entertainment system did yours come with a remote? The 2017 was a dealer demo so it didn’t have the head sets in it. The dealer gave me new head sets but said that it didn’t come with a remote from the factory? Everything I’ve read I’m my manual say there is a remote.

The kit in the cardboard box, part #84012996, that you get with your new vehicle should have headsets and remote. Mine did on my new 2017. Have them order one for you.
