Rear Entertainment Screen Issues

I just upgraded my Onstar to the connected vehicle plan providing unlimited wifi to my 2022 Yukon SLT. I tried to turn on the RSE and received an error that Youtube and Youtube kids sites could not be reached.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Were these working prior to the upgrading your plan?

To my understanding, those apps have been disabled in the 2022+ models.

Im having the same issue , I had all the apps working when i got my 23 but now that the trial is over I opted for the data plan they offer just to have the youtube and other apps but ever since the trial was over my rear screens wont let me select any of the apps except for hdmi , it tells me to contact Onstar for a video streaming service but according to onstar the data plan should of fixed it. I have been going back and forth with onstar for over a month and still have not figured out a fix for this unfortunately ! Did you ever figure out anything ?
