2015 Tahoe, 100K Outside temperature is 86 degrees F.

Front A/C isn't very cool. Back is cold. Even when I turn rear air off, front still isn't cold. Any ideas?

You probably have one or more actuators that need replacing. A bi-directional scan tool compatible with your truck can see the BCM codes, monitor data and perform diagnostic tests before throwing money at it. The VX Diag Nano either wired or wireless can connect to a laptop or tablet running GMs GDS software, about a $100-120. GM OE actuators range in price from $50-90 each, there are 6 using 3 different part numbers.

If you have the original Condenser it is probably on it's way out. My back was cooler then the front before it went belly up. Eventually the back a/c will be just like the front.
