Today I noticed a rattling noise after I started my 02 tahoe. It sounds like an acorn or rock is being thrown around in a can. It doesn't do it all the time and will do it warm or cold at idle or while accelerating. It does it with or without the a/c on as well. It appears to be coming from the drivers side area. Anyone have any ideas? Could it be one of the belt pulleys? Or maybe a sign the alternator or power steering pump is going bad?

There is no check engine light or any issues with it driving wise. Still runs like it always has. I did notice what appears to be a gasket leak from the water pump that I'm going to fix this weekend (replace pump)
