And I forgot to mention: I know the spring clamps can be a pain, but use them. They will never loosen over time or work their way loose from temp swings and vibration. You never have to worry about over tightening them and ruining your hose/fitting, or under-tightening them and having a hose pop off while going down the freeway.

It's worth your time to invest in some hose clamp pliers. You'll never struggle with these things again
