Hi everyone!

So I upgraded my 2016 yukon mirros to Escalade mirrors of the same year. Bought new from the dealer, fully loaded aside from the puddle lights which I didn't know. Apparently the puddle light and camera come as one assembly. So all I have is the blank off panel on the bottom. Now my Yukon had puddle lights so I know the wiring is there on the door harness and I would just need to tie into that. Has anyone cut the blank off panel and done this install? Anyone know if I could get that panel with just the puddle light? Dealer can't really help as the part I'm looking for is not vin specific. Thanks in advance!

Report your thread, and notate in the report reason, and they should move it.. At least thats how we do it on the forums I moderate.

Hi Ron,

Bummer about the puddle lamp situation. I have a set of Escalade mirrors complete sitting in my attic. Nothing wrong with them other than I purchased a new set from the dealer in order to color match them and install them on my Escalade. I am not sure that they can be cut out but maybe it could be researched. That or try ebay maybe you can find a cheap used or broken set that can be canibalized. Good luck.
