Tested with vehicle on still nothing, even from the cigarette one still nothing but gets the lighter goingLow power (amp) 12v outets. Check fuses,or may be switched by ignition. I forget......
This tried charging my phone nothing, tried with a usb light that i verified worked nothing, i tested it in my 16’ hoe and it worked fineWell if that one gets the lighter going then it works. What is being tried to power through that 12v socket?
I will check in the AM thank you, looking back at previous photos when i had something plugged in and it did work but that was over a year ago who knowsleft one is cigarette lighter/power function. the two right ones are power only, no cigarette function if you look inside the design is different.
both the right ones should be powered by the aux fuse, or aux 2 fuse.
if they do not work check the wire harness behind them if someone over juiced them in the past the wires tend too melt.
also try replacing the aux fuse even if it looks ok and there is one fuse under the hood in the engine fuse box, 10amp.
check that #7, #13 there should also be a aux fuse under the hood, I thought it was 10a but it could be higherI will check in the AM thank you, looking back at previous photos when i had something plugged in and it did work but that was over a year ago who knows
I did mistake my horn relay for the Ac relay and shorted that out is there any way that could’ve took that aux power out too ? I’m gonna have to dive into it tomorrow cause i need to find the fuse for my horn alsocheck that #7, #13 there should also be a aux fuse under the hood, I thought it was 10a but it could be higher
anything is possible if you stuck something in the wrong hole..... pun intended lolI did mistake my horn relay for the Ac relay and shorted that out is there any way that could’ve took that aux power out too ? I’m gonna have to dive into it tomorrow cause i need to find the fuse for my horn also
figured it out was the Aux fuse, horn fuse also lol.anything is possible if you stuck something in the wrong hole..... pun intended lol
I plan on adding a second deep cycle battery with a 140a isolator and running that directly to an inverter in the back, upgrading factory alternator to a 120a one. I only have 6 led pods 2 for the reverse lights and the 4 up front off a separate switch which utilizes its own 20 amp fuse. I have Amp and sub also that i rarely use since the kiddo rides with me a lot.for future reference if you use those ports with a cigarette to 110v inverter those things heat up the circuit and not only ends up blowing the fuse but it can make the wiring hot and then the wires melt together and it short circuits the whole mess.
cigarette to usb power are not nearly as bad.
