P300-2 Rocksford Fosgate Amplifier

I am getting a downfire box behind my third row with TWO kicker comp 12's.

I currently have a Rocksford Fosgate P300-2 for my singe Kicker Comp 12, will it be able to push both subs?

I also have access to a Kicker 750.4 amplifier, but I don't know much about amps. Would it be better to use that for the subs or the P300-2?
