I still have the textured black door handles and am looking for some new ones. However, I found out there are many different options.
1. Buy smooth black handles and color match them
2. Buy chrome handles (not covers)
3. Smooth black handles with chrome across the middle (could be painted to match like the escalade handles)
The other issue is I want the mirror caps o match the handles but you can only buy the mirror caps chrome.
Has anyone on here done anything besides color matched?
Any opinions/ideas are appreciated

i belive you are stuggling to much with this man but if you take it to a body shop for lyk 200 or less you can get your handles and mirror caps sanded smooth and then painted
go ask body shops around

Depending on the cost for NBS handles this ^^ might be your best option , however I say no go on the chrome , color matched always looks better IMHO

Do you just have to pry the mirror caps off?

+1 on doing color match. It would look better than having chromes.
