OBS had excellent cooling and AC, but if in extreme outside temps(90)and idling in traffic, the condenser does not get enough air flow and the AC doesn't cool as it should. GM realized this and back when the OBS's we're new, they had a TSB to add a cooling fan in front of the condenser eliminating the problem. GM doesn't offer them anymore, mostly sold by DORMAN.
This was the beginning of the NBS dual electric fans, for this reason.
