Just wondering if anyone has a part number for the factory dual battery set up isolator that came in the 2500/3500 pick up's.
Need to finish getting my electrical set-up for more wattage. TIA

Was there a different isolator for the 2500/3500s? The TP2 RPO code for a dual battery option calls for GM part number 12135194. This is the setup that I installed in my Tahoe. I haven't seen a current rating for this isolator, but I've pulled up to 60 amps through it with no issues.

Add your VIN number to this thread, and @915_Tahoe may be able to provide/confirm for you the correct part number.

I think that this is for trucks with the DuraMax as I don't see an isolator on the harness. It appears that both batteries are connected all the time here, which is the diesel setup. Gas engines can be set up the same way, but if one battery goes dead it will take out the other one without the isolator.
