Hi all working on a 18 Yukon. It keeps saying shift to park even though it's in park the p r n d is there but none is highlighted to show what gear the cars in. It was involved in a front end collision which pushed the front frame rails to the right got that sorted. Replaced the ECU because it also got damaged now I'm trying to figure out this issue.

Pics of the truck, please.

Check to make sure that the shift linkage attaching to the transmission is in good condition.

How did you fix the "It keeps saying shift to park even though it's in park the p r n d is there but none is highlighted" I have the same message, but I have not tried to start our Yukon after an engine swap.

I have a lot of messages popping up....
