Night vision addition

Probably in the wrong forum, but I recently got a night vision unit from 2021 Cadillac. Anyone have some skills in this? I just want to wire it to an external screen?

None here, but sounds cool to me. Do you need it? My cams at night seem to work pretty well, though my head/tail lights are on whenever I'm looking.

Do I need it? Does anyone need night vision? HELL YES! It’s the cool factor

If it is just the front "camera" portion, it is pretty useless, there are multiple components that make up the system. Additionally, all new cars run on highly secure centralized systems that talk to all those various components, and you'd have to have the modules and be able to crack the security. Probably best to throw it up on eBay.

Ehh, we’ll see. The ones from 2005 simply have a cable with power and video and they work fine. This will get cracked as well
