New from Denver- 04 Z71

Hey all, my name is Alec and I’m excited I finally have a Suburban! They’ve been on my radar for a few years as a large road trip/overlanding rig after having a few 4runners and Isuzu Troopers. Picked up a mint condition 2004 Z71 with only 83k miles locally, and it’s already got some camping mods! Was converted by a professional company with Solar, Li-ion battery, Dometic fridge, maxxair fan and more.

Excited to learn more about maintaining this rig and fix some of my minor issues I’ve noticed since purchase.

It’s been in NM and CO it’s whole life, not a spec of body rust. The frame wax has worn off and has some minor surface rust so planning on fluid film to prevent any further damage. Here’s some more pics too-
