Negative battery cable

I need to replace my negative battery cable because I'm having the power loss issues. I don't know how to get to the the ground bolt thats connected to the frame. Do I beed to remove the bumper?

It should just unbolt, you don't have to remove anything

never mind i got to it by peeling back the plastic liner in the wheel well. a real pita
