Need info of battery cable

Need some info on the battery cable for the negative cable

Does anyone know where the smaller wire goes??

photo of it's location would be nice also

i think i fixed it is 14.55V good voltage?? i drove it like 10 miles it reported 14.49-14.55volts from the OBD reader the whole time
before it would drop to 13.2-13.1
no engine revving and funky 1-2 shifts also noted the battery is also running cooler



cleaned up all the terminals and Heavy DUTY cleaning of the negative post

That small wire goes to the front right of the frame. Easier to get at if you remove the front bumper from what my memory serves me.

I found the issue I don't kno how to remove it anyways


100% working now getting 14.55 volts steady out of the inverter(what the BCM/OBD2 is seeing ) before it was all over the place
the battery is able to keep it's chargef

well today it was lower today so i checked the nuts and one of them was loose so i tighten them again and 14,4 volts decent it started at 14.9 then settles (as reported on the OBD reader)


it is an electrical issue Gotta clean more ground wires


The battery is seeing 14.66 to 14.72Volts (had it checked out at a place that does alternators and starters ) (had my dads Deno Alternator Refurbished for the corolla )

key off voltage is 12.3v So i must not be driving it enough



but other components are see less like 13.8.0-14.1 unstable this means current is being impeded...

so i think some more grounds need cleaning


it did shutter today twice
