Need help on wheels!

Hey guys i have an 04 denali and want to put 22" kmc slides on it with nitto NT420s tires on it. Was wondering what u would suggest for tire size wheel offset etc. Im kind of a noob when it comes to this, and i want my truck to look like this

i have 305-45-22 on my nali... nice ride nice look... those look alot like 305-45 cuz they have a similar sidewall to mine
