need help not shifting into 3rd or fourth

I have a 95 Yukon and my problem is I just put a new 350 in it 30 it over with a cam and now it does not want to shift gears barely it will go into second but it gets stuck and did not want to come out a second or doesnt go to the 3rd or 4th gear not too sure what's going on and if it does shift it does not shift until redline

I just replaced the tps n now its shifting up but won't come back down unless I manually shift it down

I don't have a tune. I was hoping I wasn't needing one...n I just replaced the IAC sensor cause The other one looked kinda burnt....but now it won't stay running its like its choking out or no fuel

Its a 350 .30 over .10 on rods .20 on mains. With a melling 468/480 lift with a duration of 214/ 223

can you tap into the evap canister purge line on the throttle body and see what kind of vacuum reading you can get? Any chance you damaged a wire mounting everything back in?

Can you also test your MAP? if you need info on this let me Know. Hate to see you just throw money on part when you think it might be it. Mind you the IAC replacement sounded justified.

How would I to about testing the map and evap purge line....n everything is back in the way it came out just with a few new sensors..

I also just checked my codes n it keeps only giving 12 which is normal system

you can use the evap connection to measure the engine vacuum with a vacuum gauge.
And actually for the map you can try to back probe the sensor while using a hand vacuum pump or get a obd1 scan tool that can read the data form your ecm. Tho I would think that unless you get debris in the sensor port or its seal got damaged really bad from removal that sensor should not be a problem.

I believe its my first gear Spragg thats messed up and I believe that my spark plugs are followed therefore not giving enough start to start the engine
