Nav Traffic on 2012?

My 2011 Nav system would warn me about accidents or heavy traffic ahead, but my 2012 doesn't seem to do this. I have the Nav-traffic service through SiriusXM.

Is there a menu setting I'm missing or does this year system not do this?

It should work. I have a 2012 radio in mine and (when I did have a subscription) it did work. Make sure SiriusXM has the correct info on file.

I found the option in the menu and it's enabled. I logged into my account on SiriusXM website and sent a refresh to the radio. I'll see what that does.

That refresh worked. On my way home today I received traffic ahead updates
