Natural Gas system in tahoe

I'm looking at buying a 97 Tahoe with a dual fuel set up. I'm wondering if anyone else has this system or has used one? I've driven Taxis that ran on natural gas and propane and it was no different than gasoline. You had to fill up more often though. This truck has 327 000 km on it but the body is super clean and it's in mint shape overall. Ultimately I plan on rebuilding the engine and removing the natural gas system. Has anyone done this? Removed a natural gas system?

those setups are pretty rare there might not be much info out there.

Yup. Can't find anything in that year range. All seem to be newer trucks.
