My rear suspension is very bouncy. Name of part ?

Hi guys
What is the name of this part ? My suspension is very bouncy . Curious to see if this would cause it . Last owner lifted it.

i think id be more concerned with those tires and the lack of alignment.

That looks like some sort of shock absorber adapter. Can you share a few more photos of that area with the wheel off?

The rear tires are shot . Last owner drove it as is, causing those tires to toast . We got the alignment set . But I notice that rear piece broken. Looks like it is part of the lift kit

That is a shock extension that has broke.

Parts circled in red should be connected if I’m seeing things correctly.

Take it off and have it welded back together.
