What is the part number of that coil? I bought the ss blaster and it looks like it doesn't fit and I'm gonna have to McGyver it in. Yours looks like it fits right in.

So I finally got motivated to install this stuff. I'm on holidays so I can take my time and make sure I do it right.
I hooked it up and...nothing...
No spark.
Wiring Diagram of 6A box.
Wiring Diagram of 99 Vortec 5.7l.
Didn't make any permanent changes.
No spark from coil.
I figure;
a) I have spliced into the wrong wires.
b) The 6a box doesn't work.
c) The coil doesn't work.
Anyone have any ideas?
EDIT: If I had to guess, I should remove the C black ground splice from the IGN Driver Harness going to the 6A.

did you actually crank the engine for the box to pick up on the spark trigger from the coil harness and fire the new coil of which it does not look like the ground of the tester is on the battery?
