Lower control arm bushings

Any body got a part# for my 95 4WD lower control arm bushings.1 is busted on driver side got my alingment off.whats a good way to press them out and in myself.

Best way to remove them is to burn them out with a torch...
Cleanup the control arm bushing area and then install new ones.
I went through that process years ago...installed poly bushings when I did it.
