I spy a 2" leveling spacer.

Where the bottom of the strut (red "shock absorber" part) is bolted to the lower control arm with those two bolts, there is a black squared-"C"/trapezoid-shaped piece between the cross bar of the strut and the control arm. It's about 1" thick, meaning it's a 2" lift spacer.

It looks like a kit such as this:
