Lifted 95 GMC Yukon Question.

So basically I have a 95 GMC Yukon with 2.5 inch aftermarket torsion keys. I have 33 inch tires on 17” rims but they are only 9.5s I believe. Would a 2 inch spacer cause the tire to start rubbing? I know this is a hard question to answer just off of facts and not seeing vehicle but I’m really just looking for prior experience type of answers.
