License Plate Bracket

My front license plate is currently mounted directly to the front bumper. I would like to install a mount for the plate, but I cannot find any that are made for the 2002 Tahoe. Does anyone know of one that works?

I couldn't find one. I stole the one off my OBS, and cut it to contour. Now I have the denali lower on there. Haven't figured out what to do next.

I think one from an older Express van would work.
