Finished installing a BDS lift kit this past week. 4" in front and 3" in rear with 2.5 Fox DSC's in the front. Because of the vehicle's age, I ended up replacing additional suspension parts which prolonged completion. Only pieces that aren't new are the lower front arms, sway bars, track bar and hubs.

Kit was pretty easy to install and included everything needed. Instructions for the front were good, but somewhat lacking for the rear. I purchased new front upper arms which had their own set of instructions. Both sets of instructions had to be referenced for routing purposes.

Ride quality is night and day. Wife is stoked which is always a plus. Already took it out to "check for noises" :)

Anyone know if these Cognito clevis system front sway bar endlinks have any benifits for offroading? compared to the traditional sway bar endlinks?

I wonder how well they would hold up? Mine destroys the stock ones I go through at least a set every year. Seems like when at max flex that one end would get pretty twisted.

This is my '07 Denali sporting a ~3" lift with Bilstein 5100 shocks all around, Z71 coils with a 1.5" spacer in the rear. I do a lot of hunting and mounting driving on some rough country roads out here in CO and this thing is a champ. I'm currently trying to make it more "utility" and looking to build a custom cargo basket to replace the factory roof rack. Anyone have any brush guards they recommend for the Denali style front end?

I've looked and looked, and I've only seen one hideous aftermarket steel bumper for the Yukon.

My guess would be it's probably cheaper to do a fender/light/grill conversion, and then mount an aftermarket bumper.

My intro post. My 2012 2500 Federale’ Comms vehicle. Bought it in Feb. with 45,000 miles. Bullet Liner exterior chip guard and Krown rustproofing/undercoating.

She’s sporting at Skyjacker 3” front 2” rear, Fox 2.0 RR’s w/CD Adj. from Accutune. Kryptonite Steering. 255/80R17 Toyo Open Country ATIII’s, including full size spare on an OEM alloy rim. H2 wheels powder coated bright silver sparkle w/Chev center caps (MI winters…). Waiting on ARH headers then will Blackbear tune. Will do 4.10’s and ARB up front for pulling my river boat out in slick conditions Up North in a bit. Air Lift rear bags for heavy trips. Really happy with how it’s turned out thus far! My plan is at least 300,000.
