How well does that door shut? Does it sag?

Is the headliner wet (windshield seal)?

You might try coating the gasket with baby powder or baking soda and then run a water hose over it to see if you can spot where the water is coming in.

Yes, the headliner on that side started getting damp, maybe its all related but the water is currently sloshing around when it rains..what a pain.

If the headliner is wet, I’d look at the windshield seal then as the water could easily run down the a-pillar to the floor.
