Its funny (NOT) how previously simple and medium effort activities now end up with muscle pulls or body stiffness the next day.

Is starting to get better but I also can't push my seat belt latch to fasten it or release. I have to reach across with my left hand to do it. PITFA! I can lift and pull and some forms of pushing but when I hit that unsweet spot, it hurts like a son of a *****. I have a clutch on a Honda and a head gasket on a Suzuki Forenza lined up to do but are now on hold till I get better.

I share your age, and also the knowledge that next year will bring more aches and pains than this year. We are older and wiser, but physically, not too much to brag about.

Hey, as long as I have another day above dirt, it is ll good and the aches and pains let me know that.

Not complaining, just acknowledging reality.

Not that I consistently follow my own acknowledgements, but when I do, I find that I injure myself less often. And, that's a positive.
