ok. the power button didnt make any difference. This should switch off the rear speaker, shouldnt it?
It might be, that the head unit doesnt support the rear enterteinment system.
But as I said: the noise only comes from the speakers that are still attached to the amp.
I definitely need to know where to splice into the wires for the rear...

UPDATE:

found the rear speaker wires. but there werer separate tweeter and bass wires.
So I plugged in a denoiser-device right behind the headunit - and the noise was gone.

BUT: These days I figured out that there is still a buzzing noise when I switch on the heated seats.

And then I decided to use the high-level output of the headunit and install anther high-low-converter.
Result: no more noises!!!

So the only reason for all this trouble was the cheap high-low-converter of the head unit!
