This is land that is tied to my dads estate, who died nearly 6 years ago, and the estate cannot be closed until the land is sold.
My brothers, and myself, have no interest in the land, as we live in Colorado, Missouri, Oregon, and Illinois.
But it does have value.

Its located at the end of a Cul-De-Sac
The land is "un-improved"
This land is located just a short drive North of the Mexico Border, 10 miles.
Size of the land is 0.59 Acres

My conversations with the county assessor is that the land does have water, sewer, electric, etc, all available on the property line utilities, but as the land has never had them, it would still need to be "piped in", also that the information on file is old, and that it could be incorrect.
I believe the fiduciary (probate atty) to the estate is asking $8000, but is willing to negotiate (heavily) just to get it off the books and get the estate closed.
