I have a 2002 yukon xl 2500hd with a 8.1 and looking to upgrade suspension. Been looking around at different kits like the 6 inch zone kit or the 3 inch zone kit and BDS. Talked to a shop in Colorado and they recommended going with King OEM shocks all around and just doing a 2 inch level kit in front. Shocks alone are $2,000. Anyone running all kings? or comparable lifts? I will be running a 18 inch rim with 33s so think 3-4 inches should be enough. Thanks in advance

$2000 in shocks alone is a waste for that kind of truck (unless solely for bling). You're not desert racing or dune jumping a 2500 yukon XL.

Cognito 4" NTBD lift with Fox 2.0s, and a 2" rear block, and dont look back.

Then you'll also have the ability to bump up to 6" and 35s for the cost of a rear block and alignment when you decide to go a bit higher ;)
