Ok I guess my last post didn’t fly

So I saw this on eBay for $15
And it looks like 98 people have purchased this device, what does this do, compared to the RA003 by range technologies?
It doesn’t mention AFM delete but does state a increased 35% horse*** I mean horsepower

DON'T take the bait. There is NO way that you will get even a fraction of the claimed 35% increase in horsepower from anything that plugs into the OBDII socket.
