Probably the easiest way to test circuits for draw;
DMM to mA, leads on the battery, then start pulling fuses. Does not identify source of draw other than narrowing down to the circuit, but, sometimes that is 90% of these types of issues.

Wouldn't it be easier to test across each fuse instead of pulling a bunch of fuses?

I added PCM/ECM connectors to my prior initial list of known potential sources of parasitic draw.
