So, I bought oem transmission oil cooler lines, and an oem transmission oil cooler radiator. While in the process of routing the lines where they connect to the trans oil cooler, how in the world do you insert the very long portion of the steel line in such a small hole? I've twisted and turned the lines so many times and I've come to the conclusion that I will have to take off the front bumper, but if there is a trick to it that doesn't require the bumper to be removed, I'm all ears!

It's for a 2011 Suburban LT 1500 rwd. It originally didn't come with a trans cooler.

Just finished installing it. While I'm at it, I'll be replacing the damaged condensor. As for the connections to the main radiator, how does the order go? Trans line to bottom radiator connector. Top radiator connector hose to trans cooler?

Yep! That's how it goes. Looking good!

You might want to check up on the lines after installing them..
One of my lines that goes to the cooler flops around a little and started to rub on the frame below..
I think I'm missing #3 in the diagram below ( diagram doesn't look quite right.. )
But I think the clamp might be on a lower flange underneath in that same spot..

I know I’m late to the party, but I did this exact thing a few months ago, and I also took off the plastic splash guard tub underneath the front engine accessories. It’s just a few bolts and gives a lot more room
