My wifes 05' Equinox driver side headlight is developing condensation. Is there anyway to fix or seal this. Or is my only option to buy another one.

you can take out the headlight, disconect it, bring it inside and run a blow dryer in the holes where the bulbs would go.

okay thx. that would dry it out.

Is there a way to prevent it from happening again? I don't see any cracks in the housing but, mositure is getting in there somehow. I was thinking maybe there is a way to open and reseal. If so what do I use and what is best way of doing it?

I would try that, it seems reasonable. Another option is to call the dealer and see if you can get it replaced under warranty.
