Hey all! I've lost the key to my Tahoe, and the one I got recut from the dealer doesn't work. Ignition cylinder was probably replaced at one point. I need to get it running ASAP (like tonight if possible), and I have the VATS tuned out, so I was wondering if anybody knew the ignition pin out? If I can I'll just convert it to push button start, it doesn't really need to have a key.

Thanks!

This is a 2000 model by the way, if it makes any difference.

Looking forward to seeing that info, I want to do a push button start on my 2000 also!

Live in a low crime area, and have a beat to s*** Tahoe that nobody wants to steal.

I've got three vehicles now that have received this treatment, never had a problem. Truthfully it's not super obvious it's been converted if you go about it right.
