Do I need a relay kit for this if I have an HID kit with ballasts and no relay. I have HID on both low and hi beams.

Thanks!

It's possible that you may get flickering if there is no relay....

Relay's on both high and low's would be highly recommended.

EDIT: Welcome to the forum.

Thank you for the warm welcome. The diagram above says that the relay connects the high and low beam. Where would the second relay come in?

No relay should connect highs and lows, just the diode.

The easiest way to add relays if your not good at wiring is to add DDM's hid Relay kit found HERE.

If your good at wiring, just add the high relay in the same manner as the low relay in that diagram.

Sorry to keep this going but I have the ballast HID (Xenon) system for both low and high beam, no relay installed for either. Should I buy the harness relay kit for both high and low, if only one is needed, which system should I apply it to.
Also, I have a 35watt HID kit for both high and low if this helps.

Any feedback would be apprectiated!

No worries.

You only need one relay kit, and I''d put it on the lows.
The 35w kit is fine. It's what most of us here have.

Hey! New information in THIS thread shows that a stock setup with no relays may over power the 3amp diode.

Relay on the lows are HIGHLY recommended.
