how to adjust panhard bar

So I recently purchased a panhard bar for my 04 tahoe my passenger side is lower what way would I turn the screw to even it out

the panhard bar doesn't lower from side to side. it adjust the rear end shifting the body towards the drivers side or towards the passenger side.

How do you shift it to the driver side to level the truck

if you want the tires to get pushed toward the pass side shoren the bar

if you want the tires to come out toward the drivers side more extend the bar

Like Nathan said, the Panhard does nothing to level the truck. it just centers the rear axle.
