So I had an interesting experience with my Hotchkis front kit. I'm still scratching my head as to how it happened...Check this out...e8511a150aa3dcac7841f424287bb65d.jpg70e2805540731f308ed2f472a8f8f4ca.jpg29f3626a5ead5e456ac5c25c1b527b85.jpg

I have to ask...was that end link installed as pictured, with two washers on one end and none on the other? Might it have been over-tightened?

No. It was just how I put all the stuff back together to return.
It was installed like the left link.

Wow, that is odd indeed! I am going to crawl under and check mine tonight. I'll report back my findings.

@Tk59194

Thinking about pulling the trigger on this same Hotchkis Front & Rear Sway bar kit for my '15 Yukon Denali XL. Are you still happy with the purchase? Did you experience anything close to WingsAA on the front sway bar end links?

Appreciate the feedback.

Still very happy with my purchase. One the best bang for buck mods I've made on my truck. Will probably do the same to my wife's Suburban soon.

I've never used either. It was very easy to install, I love the grease fittings, and almost completely eliminated the body roll. Way more stable on highway and around corners. I obviously don't track the Tahoe. I use solid bars on my BMW because I do more spirited driving with it. Of all the reviews I've read about these bars, I see no reason they'll be problematic, and if they are, I'm sure Hotchkiss would make it right.

I wonder what would be the impact/result of upgrading the rear sway bar only, leaving the front stock.
