Horn not working

Hey guys

Yes I’ve searched, and yes there is SOME information out there but I’m looking for a definitive answer.

Okay so my horn doesn’t work. If I jump the fuse it works but nothing from the steering wheel.
Which harness and which wire am I looking for that could potentially be cut?
Or, if it’s tuned out, how do I bypass the BCM from the steering wheel to the horn?
